Zense operates as a fintech blockchain startup delivering software solutions for mortgage industry participants, including both borrowers and lending institutions.
Problem
The credit sector struggles with outdated manual processes that restrict lender growth and slow loan turnaround times while reducing funding performance metrics.
Solution
An integrated product suite combining AI/ML for lender portfolio analysis with blockchain technology creating permanent, reusable financial identity records for borrowers. Key products include Zense Pathway (automated 1003 loan application) and Zense Marketplace (AI-curated credit offers).
My Role
Started as Product Designer in 2019, developing core features and executing a complete brand rebrand. Progressed to leading marketing and portal development for B2B and consumer audiences. Ultimately served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading funding rounds and revenue initiatives, directing user research, and guiding cross-functional product teams.
Outcome
Led product & marketing strategy that raised over $2M in funding. Managed B2B/B2C marketing campaigns, established brand identity, and oversaw the development of key product features from ideation to MVP. Collaborated with dev, sales, and AI/ML teams to deliver a scalable prototype.
